Here is the story.

A policeman surprised the prostitute "very lightly dressed" receiving her clients, so the chief of police told her to take her business somewhere else, away from the town of "Udine, northern Italy" for the reason that she had been seen too often in area frequented by underage.
The Dame decided to take a lawyer to register a complaint against the police decision.
Her lawyer explained to the tribunal administrative that prostitution wasn't illegal and that by keeping her away she had suffered "capital damages".

The magistrates agreed that it was a well founded request and overruled the measure taken by the police, judging that they had caused " Irreparable's and deep" damage to the prostitute.
